The Brazil Steel Institute publishes an annual report with consolidated sectorial data regarding economic, environmental and social performances of Brazilian steelmakers. The report adopts GRI – Global Reporting Initiative guidelines, a world reference for corporate sustainability reports.
For the Brazil Steel Institute, transparence and the promotion of a realistic image of the steel sector are key to a better understanding of its importance in the national context and of its commitment to acting in accordance with sustainable development principles.
