Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is composed by major executives of each associated company of the Brazil Steel Institute.

It is up to the Board to define the Institute’s guidelines and strategies, analyze accounting statements of the previous year, together with the opinion of the Fiscal Council, and decide over budgets and Members’ contributions, among others. There are elections for President every other year.
